We are looking for a Game Balance Analyst who is passionate about creating perfect balance and is ready to help the project reach new heights through analytics, calculations, and creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assessing the current game balance and working on its improvement.
- Calculating game balance for new features and events.
- Conducting product research on player behavior and analyzing feature performance.
- Identifying growth opportunities for the project using analytical tools.
- Designing and calculating A/B tests.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry as a Game Analyst or Game Balancer.
- Participation in feature development and a solid understanding of game economy in F2P games.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Google Spreadsheets.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI).
- Proven experience in building mathematical models.
- Python proficiency (basic or higher).
- Well-developed product thinking.
- English proficiency at Intermediate +.
