We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cypriot Law 125(I)/2018.

This notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, on what legal basis we process it, with whom we may share it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

As part of our recruitment process, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
  • Full name and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, residential address);
  • Date of birth;
  • Education, qualifications, and professional experience;
  • Information about previous employment, skills, and references;
  • Information contained in your CV, portfolio, cover letter, or any other documents you provide;
  • Any additional information you choose to share with us during communication (for example, e-mail correspondence or reference letters).

We do not request special categories of data (such as information about your health, political opinions, or religious beliefs) and kindly ask you not to include such details in your CV or application materials.

4. Data Sources
We store and process candidate data using the Huntflow platform, which is employed by the Company as a secure recruitment management system.

Personal data may be obtained and stored in the system from the following sources:
  • your direct applications submitted via our website form or sent to the Company’s e-mail address;
  • your CV submitted through the Huntflow platform;
  • your LinkedIn or other professional network profiles;
  • reference letters or contacts of referees you have provided.

Huntflow acts as a Data Processor and processes information based on our instructions, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

5. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
  1. To assess and evaluate your suitability for open positions;
  2. To communicate with you during the recruitment and hiring process;
  3. To maintain a talent pool and store your CV for future job opportunities (with your consent);
  4. To conduct internal statistics and analytics related to recruitment;
  5. To comply with legal obligations arising from employment regulations;
  6. To protect the Company’s legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or misuse.

Legal bases for processing:
  • Performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • Legitimate interests of the Company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for storing data for future vacancies.

6. Data Retention
  • If your application is not successful, we will retain your personal data for up to two (2) years from the date of submission, in order to contact you regarding future suitable vacancies (subject to your consent).
  • If you are hired, your data will be stored in your employee file and processed as part of your employment relationship.
  • After the respective retention periods, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data retention policy.

7. Data Disclosure
We may disclose personal data to:
  • Internal Company personnel (HR, recruiters, CEO) strictly for recruitment purposes;
  • Our partner Huntflow, which provides the technical platform for storing and processing candidate data.
All such parties act under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and are required to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.

8. Data Security
We apply appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction, including:
  • restricting access to authorized personnel only;
  • using secure communication channels and encrypted data storage;
  • performing regular system and security updates.

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
  • access your personal data;
  • rectify inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing;
  • request data portability;
