QA Engineer
We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to help us maintain the high quality of our new, unique product. You will have the opportunity to work alongside top testing professionals and be a part of creating something truly unique and exciting!
Responsibilities
- Full cycle testing of a gaming product
- Testing game mechanics, visual and sound effects, gameplay, analytics, localization, services, client-server interactions, and A/B testing
- Writing bug reports and creating and maintaining test documentation
- Collaborating with developers, game designers, artists, and other team members to deliver a high-quality product
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in testing mobile games on iOS and Android
- Proficiency in writing high-quality test documentation using test design techniques
- Experience with all types of testing
- Knowledge of tools for capturing logs from mobile devices (Android Studio, Xcode, or others)
- Experience in testing various game mechanics (including ads, in-app purchases, authentication, etc.)
- Experience working with proxy tools like Charles, Fiddler, or others
- Availability of test devices for both Android and iOS
- English proficiency at A2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, or others)
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Fork, etc.)
- Experience with build automation tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, or others)
- Experience testing databases (client-server) using MongoDB or other databases
- Experience in testing game balance and configurations
- Experience in localization and usability testing for mobile applications
- Experience in testing analytics
- Knowledge of Review Guidelines (iOS and Android)
- A strong curiosity, like that of a gamer
- Extensive gaming experience
