Game Designer
We are looking for a Game Designer who will become part of our team and contribute to the development of our merge-3 project in the casual genre.
You will also have opportunities to grow in the areas of balance, monetization, and LiveOps.

Responsibilities
- Working on a merge-3 product;
- Creating game mechanics and features, and describing their structure;
- Developing in-game events;
- Presenting, defending, and validating your ideas and hypotheses;
- Improving balance, economy, and monetization;
- Participating in shaping the product vision;
- Collaborating with the development team;
- Analyzing competitors’ products.
Requirements
- Experience creating technical documentation ready for implementation;
- Experience working with F2P monetization;
- Experience with product analytics and player feedback (building hypotheses, understanding metric impact);
- Experience in balance and economy tuning;
- Portfolio of projects included with the application;
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools;
- Experience with UX/UI;
- Experience working in Unity.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer;
- Released mobile games in the portfolio;
- Experience working on casual games;
- Understanding of the F2P market and current industry trends;
- Ability to write project documentation (concepts, design documents) and justify design decisions;
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written form;
- English level: Intermediate.
